Pretty spontaneous little trip. After exchanging a few emails and messages with Desolve team and my friends from South Island New Zealand, we managed to come up with a rough itinerary. I stocked up my fly boxes, packed my bags and I was on the way to the airport, to board a plane, taking me to Queenstown. First great first session in the Otago back country, shooting some content and taking photos of the Desolve gear. Turned out to be very productive day, with multiple fish lost, dry fly eats some good yarn and laughs. Nice to enjoy New Zealand’s Pale Ale just sitting on the bank and seeing fish swim by. One of the better days out there this season, for sure. Lots of pictures, cause it all came from three different cameras.
