Back in April I did a quick exploratory trip to Tasmania, with a little bit of fishing and hiking done in the North West part of the island. Can confirm – Tasmania is pretty unique place with vast landscapes and fast running rivers it’s a flyfisherman’s and hikers place to be. Fishing wasn’t as good as I was expecting, but still managed to find couple a little trout to most rivers I went to. Definitely wanna go back there in the near future, but maybe explore Western Lakes region instead of rivers this time. A few pictures from this trip below.
