After getting off the ferry then we drove for a whole day to reach our first destination – Alvdalen near Mora in Sweden. Spent couple of days just sitting by the fire, drinking, smoking cigars, foraging some mushroom and catching grayling. Can’t really ask for more. After that we relocated to one of the lakes and rented a cabin with some kayaks to be able to fish for nordic pike. Had some stormy weather at the begging but after that got rewarded with amazing sunsets and calm evenings. Being able to cook food and stay warm inside the house and dry out all of our gear felt super nice before we moved to a different area for some more wilderness camping.
